If you do not provide us with registration information, your access to the app and the StepHubs Site and Services may be revoked. By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from StepHubs. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to our Services, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). If you use your mobile device to access our Site or use our Services, you understand that you are responsible for fees your mobile service provider charges for data or SMS services. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access our Services.

PAID SERVICES

If you sign up for any paid services, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the service and any applicable taxes. By providing your credit card information to our third-party credit card processing partner, you agree to abide by the processor's terms and conditions and authorize us to charge your card during the subscription term. We will charge your credit card once for pre-paid subscriptions or each month for month-to-month subscriptions until we receive notice from you to terminate your paid subscription. You are responsible for providing accurate and current credit card information. If payment does not go through for any reason, your account may be suspended, and we will have no obligation to provide services until the billing issue has been resolved and we receive payment from the processor. StepHubs reserves the right to change its pricing and services at any time. If you no longer wish to receive paid services, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except when required by law. Suppose you pre-pay for a subscription to take advantage of a discounted rate. In that case, you agree to pay for the entire subscription period (usually for a whole year), and the charges will apply even if you terminate your account before the end of the subscription period.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Suppose you choose or are provided with an email, a user name, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures. In that case, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement and the Site Policies shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement and the Site Policies, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. By using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by this arbitration provision and agree that all disputes must be arbitrated individually. You expressly agree that you have no right or authority to bring any dispute as a class, collective, or representative action.

MISCELLANEOUS

The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. The Terms of Use Agreement, including any Content or Published Information provided by you on the Site, may be automatically assigned by us in our sole discretion to a third party in the event of an acquisition, sale, merger, or other change of control of StepHubs. Should any part of the Terms of Use Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, the Terms of Use Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of the Terms of Use Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. Our rights under the Terms of Use Agreement shall survive any termination of the Terms of Use Agreement.

StepHubs does not collect or store any credit card information within our internal systems. StepHubs provides Stripe with an email address, subscription payment amount, and duration only. Stripe collects name, email, and credit card information to complete the payment. Stripe provides StepHubs with a unique Stripe ID for the user. • Service Usage Statistics. We may use Google Analytics and Google Optimize to help analyze how users use the StepHubs Service. These tools use cookies to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated about your website use (including IP Address) is transmitted to these analysis tools. This information is then used to evaluate visitors' use of the StepHubs Service and compile statistical reports on our website activity. We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or collect any personally identifiable information of users of the StepHubs Service.
• StepHubs will not associate any data gathered from Google Analytics or the other analysis tools with any personally identifiable information from any source. We use the collected usage statistics to understand our customers better, measure the StepHubs Service's performance, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. • Community-Driven Insights Platform. StepHubs maintains a vast collection of information relating to public and private companies. StepHubs creates and maintains this database primarily using the information submitted by its users. Information within the database may be provided by third parties and may include personal information relating to the leadership team members of these companies.
• StepHubs compiles our company profiles information from various sources, including publicly available databases, other sites or applications operated by StepHubs, other sources of public information, and third-party data vendors. The StepHubs user community has the option to contribute additions and corrections to the StepHubs Company profiles.
• Direct Marketing. Occasionally, we may use our collected information to notify you about new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. You may notify us at any time if you do not wish to receive these offers by emailing us at support@stephubs.com. Our goal is to only provide you with materials that are of interest to you.
• Profiling for Relevant Content. We may use the information we have collected from you to present content that we believe will be of interest to you. We profile customer interests based on the information you provide to us directly and information developed based on your use of the StepHubs Service. • Third-Party Advertising. Our advertising processor places ads that they believe will be of interest to you. Users are identified solely using a hashed identifier, and no other personal information is available to the advertising processor. If you do not wish for the advertisements you receive to be tailored to fit your interests, please email us at support@stephubs.com.
• Legal Obligations. In addition to the specific bases for disclosure of personal information outlined in this section, we may process or disclose your data where such processing or disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject. We are legally required to disclose information to law enforcement to the extent we will comply with such requests. We will not otherwise voluntarily disclose your information.

C. Lawful Bases for Processing

• Legitimate Interests. StepHubs values your fundamental rights and freedoms and carefully evaluates the protection of your personal information concerning such processing. Allowing online access to personal data relating to leaders of the company listed on the StepHubs Service is an essential part of the StepHubs Service, and StepHubs has a legitimate interest in offering such information.

In addition to the specific bases for disclosure of personal information outlined in this section, we may disclose your data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
• Consent: Processing your personal information via support you provide when you visit the StepHubs website and sign up for our service. These purposes are necessary to enable StepHubs to deliver high-quality services, tailor content to specific users, provide customer support, offer standard online services and otherwise improve the products and services provided.
